How Identity Exchange can work for you:

  • Real-time lead information
  • Quick-to-market leads
  • Pre-qualified leads
  • More lead options
  • Ability to search for specific lead qualifications
  • No more undervalued leads
  • Seamless transfer of leads from seller to buyer

Identity Exchange (IDX) has created an online market for buyers to find the exact leads they're looking for - not wasting time and money on the wrong type of leads, nor leads gone cold. IDX allows buyers to specify types of leads based on qualifications the buyer enters (location, market, etc.). Once leads are found, the buyer has the opportunity to purchase those leads through an auction-style bidding process.

This process ensures that you, the buyer, get the exact type of quality lead you want while paying no more than what you feel the lead is worth.

No More Stale Leads

Too often a lead goes through the long process of negotiation between buyer and seller and, in the process, the price becomes stale and no longer truly reflects the value of the lead. The constant value fluctuation is difficult to manage and can be nearly impossible for biased parties to agree on. IDX provides a fair marketplace where supply meets demand determining the true value - because it's done in real time. This ensures buyer and seller receive full value from either the sale or purchase of a lead.

Set Daily Limits

Buyers have the ability to set daily limits on the amount of money to bid for a day, as well as a limit to the volume of leads they receive. Thus, even if buyers don't have the highest bid, they can still get leads from a listing if the highest bidder has already reached his/her limit for the day. If the highest bidder has has already reached his/her allotment for the day, the lead will automatically go to the next highest bidder. Allotments can be made per listing or per day (e.g., to spend only so much for a particular listing, or to spend only so much on all listings for a day).

Lead Delivery Options

Once buyers have won a lead, they specify how that lead is delivered. For example, buyers can opt to receive the lead via email or to interface the lead with an external system, such as SecurityTrax. They can also opt to use the IDX default settings, which ... ... Thus, when the buyer wins/purchases a lead, that lead is transferred directly to the buyer in real time based on the delivery preference. This allows buyers to work the lead quickly to its origination as possible.

Certified Sellers

IDX only accepts leads from certified sellers. To become certified, IDX determines a seller's legitimacy and then puts potential leads through a qualifying process. Sellers must go through the certification process for each market for which they wish to provide leads. Once sellers have passed, they must then pay a certification fee (so only serious sellers are accepted). The information IDX gathers on a seller can be accessed by potential buyers when considering a listing.

Qualified Leads

When a seller brings identities to IDX for consideration, the seller must clearly define identification qualifiers (IDQs). IDX helps determine the IDQs and makes sure those IDQs are applicable to the market. These IDQs provide a significant portion of the information required, along with seller reputation, to set a lead's value. This allows buyers to select identities that meet their specific needs and budget.

For example, IDQs for a monitored security system could include:

  1. Individual states interested in a home security system.
  2. Individual understands there is a monthly monitoring rate associated with the home security system.
  3. Individual agrees to receive a call explaining the costs/benefits of a home security system.

IDX ensures that as the buyer, you get what you pay for and that the process runs seamlessly - from creating an account, to accessing qualified leads, to purchasing those leads, to transferring the leads. You get a lead quickly and efficiently before it turns cold.
