At Identity Exchange, we take sellers with qualified leads and match them to buyers who are willing to pay for a lead based on its attributes and potential value. Identity Exchange helps qualify leads for the seller, matches a buyer to a lead, and then facilitates the transfer of leads and payment seamlessly.

1. Seller creates a listing(s):
• Creates an account on Identity Exchange
• Goes through the certification process
• Creates a listing
• Includes exact attributes (qualifications, locations, market type, etc.)
• Is exposed to multiple buyers
• Awaits bids from buyers
2. Buyer is matched with a listing and places bid(s):
• Creates an account on Identity Exchange
• Funds the account for purchases
• Lists criteria for leads
• Is matched with potential leads based on criteria specified
• Bids on a listing, whether inclusively or in increments OR can choose to ignore the listing
• Leads are continually updated in real time
3. Identity Exchange makes the exchange:
• Qualifies sellers, leads, and lead criteria (including lead market)
• Identities flow in real time as they are generated by the seller
• Determines if a lead is valid according to the listing description
• Based on the listing attributes, matches leads to an appropriate buyer
• Records the transaction
• Transfers the lead to the buyer in real time according to the preferred delivery method
• Summarizes transactions on a nightly basis, at which time funds are transferred from buyer's account to seller's account
• Witholds a commission from the total
