Your Dashboard
Your Dashboard is the first thing you'll see when you log in. It gives you a live snapshot of your affiliate activity.
Use the date filter to view metrics for any time period — this week, this month, or a custom range. All four performance metrics will update automatically:
- Total Sales — The number of purchases attributed to your referrals during the selected period.
- Commissions Earned — Your total earnings for that period, not including any refunded purchases.
- Clicks — How many times your share links were clicked.
- Form Submissions — The number of form submissions credited to you.
Tip: Use the date filter to compare how different
campaigns or launches have performed over time.
The Memo
The Memo is a message from the Identity Exchange team visible to all affiliates. Check here for launch dates, campaign guidelines, payout schedules, and any timely updates or encouragements from us.
Resources
The Resources section holds everything we've prepared to help you share well — brand images, copy templates, swipe files, and guidelines. Download or access these assets anytime.
Your Share Links
Your Share Links are unique to your account. Copy and use them in emails, social posts, blog articles, or any content you create. Every click made through your links is tracked and attributed to you.
Note: Links marked as private will not appear in your portal.
Your Coupon Code
If a coupon code has been enabled for your account, you'll find it in your portal. Share it with your audience as an easy, personal invitation.
Reports — Purchase Summary
Under Reports, you can export your Purchase Summary — a downloadable record of all purchases attributed to you, including:
- Customer Name
- Offer Name
- Date of Purchase
This is helpful for tracking your performance, reconciling your commissions, and identifying which offers connect most with your audience.
Note: For privacy reasons, sensitive customer information such as email addresses and payment details is not included in this report.
Settings
In your Settings, you can manage:
- Profile Information — Update your name, email address, and PayPal email (used if commissions are paid via PayPal).
- Email Notifications — Choose whether to receive affiliate program news and updates, and whether to be notified each time you make a sale. We recommend keeping sale notifications on — it's a meaningful reminder of the impact you're having.
- Password — Update your password at any time. For security, use a unique passphrase that includes a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
