Chris joined the Identity Exchange coaching team in 2019.  In 2004, he began his career with an international NGO doing relief, development, and mission work in Baghdad, Iraq. It was in Baghdad that he met Jamie and Donna Winship, who became instant friends and mentors to Chris. During that time, he also met a fellow adventurer, Jaime, who became his wife.  They have three children.

While working in Baghdad, during a particularly volatile time, Chris began experiencing fear, causing him to wonder if he was cut out for this kind of work. Donna took Chris through the Identity Exchange principles, teaching him how to live fearlessly in his true identity, and it changed everything for him. 

Chris approaches coaching holistically but with the five core areas of the heart in mind: your longings, desires, dreams, needs, and hopes. These are a significant part of what makes you uniquely you. In applying the Identity Exchange principles to these five areas, you will receive clarity about your unique design as well as healing to freely and courageously walk in your true identity.

Keli DeWitt leads from her passion for people to experience a sense of belonging through the transformative and intimate love of Jesus!

Using practical metaphors, she condenses big concepts into applicable truths, leading to personal breakthroughs. Keli has certifications in life coaching and positive psychology, but she mainly draws on her love of learning from life experiences... and there are plenty!

Having lived cross-culturally on three continents as a wife to David, an entrepreneur, a mother to four adult children, and an integrated community member, Keli operates in her identity as an Interpreter of Truth and a Warrior for Transformation. 

Norris Williams embarked on his identity discovery journey in 1973 as a fearless teenager, igniting a passion for guiding others toward self-realization. With strategic expertise, Norris empowers individuals to shed false identities and embrace their true selves.

His diverse clientele ranges from successful business owners to displaced refugees, CEOs to juvenile delinquents, farmers to professional athletes, spanning across the US, Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Europe. Norris's coaching approach inspires courage and authenticity, yielding the sweet fruits of genuine identity.

Beyond coaching, Norris cultivates a rich personal life married to his girlfriend Laurie since 1980 they reside at their organic cherry orchard in central Washington State. As a devoted husband, father of four, and grandfather of 11, Norris embodies his true identity in every role he assumes.

With a background in agriculture business, Biblical studies, professional sports, ranching, mentorship, and more, Norris brings a wealth of experience to his coaching practice. His journey led him to connect with Jamie and Donna, leading to his role as an Identity Exchange Coach in 2019.

In his leisure time, Norris thrives in the wilderness, cherishing moments with family and embracing challenges of chaos and change with an unwavering spirit.

Shelly is a “Bridge-Builder” with an MA in Cross-Cultural Studies from Fuller Seminary and over ten years of international experience. Mentored by the Winships in the Middle East, she focuses on connecting people, fostering spiritual growth, and bridging cultural divides.

As a Certified Life Coach and member of the Identity Exchange team, Shelly empowers individuals to hear God's voice, discover their true identity, and embrace authentic living. Her expertise in cross-cultural ministry, motherhood, and overcoming loss uniquely equips her to guide others through transitions, grief, and parenthood.

Shelly enjoys spending time with her husband, Todd, and their two children, engaging with friends, and intercessory prayer. Her passion for connection and transformation shines through all her endeavors, and she is dedicated to building bridges and nurturing growth in diverse communities.
