Jamie and Donna Winship, along with the Identity Exchange concepts and
community, have profoundly impacted Jen, emboldening her to live
fearlessly in her true identity while helping others do the same. In her
identity, “Graced By God,” she is known for her humorous and
meaningful stories about encountering the Kingdom of God in everyday life.
In her “Vestibule” identity, she helps others uncover who they are, who they’ve always been, and where they’re headed.

Jen’s professional experience spans a dynamic 20-year career in the beauty industry and as an entrepreneur, alongside 16 years in vocational and pastoral ministry roles. Her ministry includes serving youth and those seeking freedom from addiction. Jen is active in community service as a board member and volunteer.
Jen and her golden doodle, Eddie, are a certified therapy dog/handler team, bringing
peace, smiles, and “heart balm” to those they meet.

Jen lives in Minnesota and has been married to Jason for 20 years. Together, they are proud parents of two amazing young adult children.

Keli leads from her passion for people to experience a sense of belonging through the transformative and intimate love of Jesus!

Using practical metaphors, she condenses big concepts into applicable truths that lead to personal breakthrough. Keli has certifications in Life Coaching and Positive Psychology but mostly she draws on her love of learning from life experiences... and there are plenty!

Having lived cross-culturally on three continents as wife to David, an entrepreneur, as a mother to four adult children and as an integrated member of her community, Keli operates in her identity as Interpreter of Truth, Warrior for Transformation. 

Chris joined the Identity Exchange coaching team in 2019, bringing nearly two decades of cross-cultural experience, including humanitarian and mission work in Baghdad, Iraq. It was there that he met Jamie and Donna Winship, whose guidance through Identity Exchange principles transformed his understanding of identity and freed him from fear.

After more than 20 years in the Middle East, Chris and his wife recently returned to the United States, carrying a deep passion to see people live in peace and freedom.

As a coach, Chris is known for his warm, grounded presence, thoughtful insight, and disarming humor. He creates a safe, non-anxious space where people can encounter God, gain clarity, and rediscover who they were created to be.

Chris specializes in guiding others through reflective exercises that help uncover identity across key areas of the heart—longings, desires, dreams, needs, and hopes—so they can live and lead with courage and purpose

Shelly’s identity is “Bridge-Builder” which she exemplifies to her core! With an MA in Cross-Cultural Studies from Fuller Seminary and over ten years of international living and travel experience, she excels at connecting with people, fostering spiritual connections, and bridging cultural divides. In the Middle East, she and her husband were mentored by the Winships for three years, shaping her deep commitment to building bridges that connect people of all walks of life.

As a Certified Life Coach through Covenant Coach Academy and now on the Identity Exchange coaching team, Shelly is dedicated to walking alongside those seeking transformation and healing in all aspects of their lives. Her primary goal is to empower individuals to hear God's voice, unearth their true identity, and embrace a life of authenticity and purpose. Shelly's background in cross-cultural ministry, motherhood, and personal loss, which she has navigated with resilience, uniquely prepares her to guide others through transitions, grief, and parenthood. 

Her dedication to living out her true identity is showcased in her passion for bridging divides and nurturing transformation in diverse contexts.

Outside of coaching, Shelly cherishes moments with her husband, Todd and their two children, she relishes time with friends, and actively engages in intercessory prayer. Her passion for connecting with people, nurturing spiritual growth, and empowering individuals to live fully alive shines through her every interaction and endeavor.

Norris Williams embarked on his identity discovery journey in 1973 as a fearless teenager, igniting a passion for guiding others toward self-realization. With strategic expertise, Norris empowers individuals to shed false identities and embrace their true selves.

His diverse clientele ranges from successful business owners to displaced refugees, CEOs to juvenile delinquents, farmers to professional athletes, spanning across the US, Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Europe. Norris's coaching approach inspires courage and authenticity, yielding the sweet fruits of genuine identity.

Beyond coaching, Norris cultivates a rich personal life married to his girlfriend Laurie since 1980 they reside at their organic cherry orchard in central Washington State. As a devoted husband, father of four, and grandfather of 11, Norris embodies his true identity in every role he assumes.

With a background in agriculture business, Biblical studies, professional sports, ranching, mentorship, and more, Norris brings a wealth of experience to his coaching practice. His journey led him to connect with Jamie and Donna, leading to his role as an Identity Exchange Coach in 2019.

In his leisure time, Norris thrives in the wilderness, cherishing moments with family and embracing challenges of chaos and change with an unwavering spirit.
