TERMS & CONDITIONS As an Identity Method participant  (herein referred to as “The Client”), acknowledges that Identity Exchange, LLC, and their staff/coaches (herein referred to as “The Company” has agreed to provide training in the Identity Exchange Principles and Identity Method Process.  

The Company is not providing the Client with psychoanalysis, psychological counseling, or behavior therapy. The Client acknowledges that the training does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association and that the training is not to be used as a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice by legal, medical or other qualified professionals and that it is the Client’s exclusive responsibility to seek such independent professional guidance as needed.

The Company makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied. In no event will the Company be liable to the Client for consequential or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, the Company’s entire liability, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, will be limited to the amount paid by the Client to the Company for this training.

I understand and agree that the Company is required by law to report information to law enforcement agencies in these instances: 1. When there is a reasonable basis to believe or suspect that a person may take harmful, dangerous, or criminal action against another person or against him/herself; and/or 2. When there is a reasonable basis to believe or suspect a situation involving any act of child or elderly abuse or neglect.   

I have voluntarily sought this training on my initiative, and I am under no obligation to accept or implement any advice or help that I might receive from this training. I am free to reject any or all of the assistance or recommendations I may receive through this training. I understand that the Company is not guaranteeing any results.  I understand that participating in this training does not mean I am certified, licensed or affiliated with Identity Exchange in any way.

I agree not to hold Identity Exchange LLC, their respective owners, and employees harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, expenses, damages, losses, causes of action, and suits (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and costs) arising out of, or any way related to, the participant’s attendance at this training and/or any activity engaged in by the participant while attending the event. 

I acknowledge that Identity Exchange, LLC does not have medical personnel at the venue (Vossler Studios) and agree that I am responsible for (a) providing any emergency transportation required and (b) paying any medical and hospitalization costs incurred while attending this training.

I permit Identity Exchange, LLC  to use any photographs, videos, and/or audio recordings of the participant for promotional materials, including the Identity Exchange LLC website postings, without compensation, including, but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, and/or other benefits derived from such photographs, videos, or audio recordings. 

By registering for the Identity Method Masterclass and checking the box below, I agree to hold the Company harmless and free from any liability, loss, or damage that may arise due to assistance I have received from my involvement with the Company.  I have read this entire disclaimer and freely and voluntarily understand and agree to all of the terms listed above.
