Intensive Course Detail

Overview

Identity Exchange Intensives are based on the Becoming What You Believe online course which consists of 8 modules. Each module includes a 40-60 min video teaching, a written summary, and questions for reflection. 

You will complete eight modules and the additional required readings during the Intensive course. In addition, you will have four online coaching sessions and attend four online group meetings.

Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with the pre-course requirements.

Two weeks before the start of the course, you will receive an email with the Intensive schedule, access to Becoming What You Believe and other important details.

Group Meetings 

We host four online group meetings via Zoom. Jamie and Donna Winship will host one of the four meetings. All meetings will provide additional teaching and insight from our Identity Exchange Coaches. Meetings are recorded, for those who have to miss a session.

Coaching

You will be assigned to an Identity Exchange coach and complete four (60-min) online sessions.  Many past participants have commented that this is the most transformational part of the experience.

Community

The Community platform will host a group chat and administrative announcements. You will enjoy this additional interaction with the cohort and Identity Exchange coaches. Optional small groups will also be offered.
