Shelly’s identity is “Bridge-Builder” which she exemplifies to her core! With an MA in Cross-Cultural Studies from Fuller Seminary and over ten years of international living and travel experience, she excels at connecting with people, fostering spiritual connections, and bridging cultural divides. In the Middle East, she and her husband were mentored by the Winships for three years, shaping her deep commitment to building bridges that connect people of all walks of life.
As a Certified Life Coach through Covenant Coach Academy and now on the Identity Exchange coaching team, Shelly is dedicated to walking alongside those seeking transformation and healing in all aspects of their lives. Her primary goal is to empower individuals to hear God's voice, unearth their true identity, and embrace a life of authenticity and purpose. Shelly's background in cross-cultural ministry, motherhood, and personal loss, which she has navigated with resilience, uniquely prepares her to guide others through transitions, grief, and parenthood.

Outside of coaching, Shelly cherishes moments with her husband, Todd and their two children, she relishes time with friends, and actively engages in intercessory prayer.
